Thank you for shopping with Elite Watch. We are a small business run by a group of friends and family in coastal North Carolina. We know all too well the struggles of dealing with big box businesses. Our policy is to be hassle-free. 

Trust that we will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please call or chat with us at any time if you have a problem. To protect you and us from worst possible scenarios we do have a shipping policy below. 

Delivery Damages / Missing Shipment

If you have any issue with a damaged or missing shipment please call us as soon as the issue is discovered or suspected 252-231-3070 

 

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your item(s). However, if you are not satisfied you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Every return requires an authorization before returning. All return authorizations has to be requested within 14 days of original purchase date.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from shipment date. All returned items must be in new and original packaging, with all original stickers, tags and labels attached. If there are any signs of wear and tear or removed parts, item will not be returnable. There may be exceptions if approved by our customer service staff. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@elitewatch.co to obtain return information. After receiving a return number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase/packing slip and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

  • For any non-authorized returns or exchanges, the cost of shipping and fees will be deducted from your total refund.
  • All returns will be inspected upon receiving and may be rejected at our discretion.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. We can accept returns that are damaged or found to be defective within 14 days. We recommend inspecting the watch upon receipt and not removing any stickers/tags or sizing bracelets until you are satisfied with the delivered product.

PLEASE NOTE

  • A 12% fee will be charged for all returns less than $4000.

  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be charged a 4% cancellation fee. This is to cover the credit card processing fee we paid for your purchase. If anything was our error this fee does not apply.

  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged our restocking fee.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Some exceptions may apply.

  • All special order items are not returnable.

  • Items purchased by any watch brand distributors, watch manufacturers, or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities, in any manner are not returnable for any reason.


Shipping

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we currently do not ship internationally. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Most items Include Free Shipping over $99.
